1. Marketing Executive – Overseas Employment Training
- No. of Posts: 1
- Monthly Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years
- Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Marketing, Social Work, Mass Communication, or any related field. - Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience in field marketing, student mobilization, or skill development. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in overseas training or migration programs.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (regional language fluency required)
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp, and social media marketing
- Ability to drive academic performance among students
2. Marketing Tele Caller
- No. of Posts: 1
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Educational Qualification: Graduate
- Experience:
1–2 years in telecalling, customer support, or student mobilization roles is preferred.
Essential Skills:
- Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and regional language
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, call tracking software)
- Persuasive and target-driven attitude
- Ability to engage and convince youth
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students about skill development programs
- Explain course details, benefits, and career prospects
- Generate interest and schedule walk-ins or online counseling
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up logs
- Coordinate with field teams and center heads for smooth admissions
- Meet calling and enrollment targets
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Support mobilization campaigns, job fairs, and outreach drives
- Share feedback for improving outreach strategy
