For Grade B – Manager (General, Legal & IT Streams):

- Graduation (60%) or Post-Graduation (55%) in any discipline or equivalent qualifications.
- Legal Stream:
- Bachelor’s in Law with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Desirable: Master’s in Law / Company Secretary (CS) / proficiency in computer applications.
- Information Technology (IT):
- B.E./B.Tech in IT/CS/Electronics or MCA with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Desirable: Certifications in AI/ML, Full Stack Development, CISSP, CEH, CISM, ITIL.
